Pros

-Great pay -Awesome company to start your career -Unlimited PTO -Office Perks -Gorgeous NYC office -Teaches you hard work

Cons

-Works you to the bone -Inexperienced leaders -Lack of diversity on the sales floor -Frat environment -Used to approach Senior Management asking for help/guidance - they responded with "If you can't do what's asked of you, maybe this job isn't for you" -Leaders lead by fear and not by motivation -Consistently hit quota and it was NEVER enough. "Do more, Be better" attitude.

Pros

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Cons

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
