      - Sr. Leadership provides a clear vision, EVERYONE at Indeed knows where we're going and how. - Amazing response to a stressful situation like Covid-19, weekly Q&A's and regular email updates. I can't be more grateful to have someone at the helm that knows what they're doing and understands the importance of keeping employees informed. - Growth opportunities, I had the chance to move internally to a job I liked more.

      Cons

      As in any company, sometimes those growth opportunities may not be there. The role has to exist first.

      Pros

      Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

      Constant reorgs and layoffs. Tight budget for promotions.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
