Hard to book shifts Competition for booking shifts is annoyingly high They do not care listen if you genuinely had to cancel a shift for a serious reason

Provided income while working Easy to get started and begin assignments Opportunities for short-term work when needed

Cons

Lack of respect toward workers Poor communication and unclear updates Job instability (assignments can end suddenly) Weak support when workers get sick or have issues Unclear or inconsistent attendance expectations Decisions feel automated and impersonal Little transparency around termination or assignment changes
