The pay and bonus program is awesome. Benefits are ok. Company has great parties with lots of free drinks.Co-workers are great and work very hard.

Company should invest in getting a professional in-house HR department. Top management brings in their friends with better pay and more vacation time. So much favoritism and gossip. Partners don't know what's going on. Used to be a decent company until the take over. There is a total disconnect between the old and new employees. Management likes to play the them and us mentality.
