No work to life balance. Almost impossible to have a personal life outside of work. Hard to make plans around work as there is no set schedule and you’re only given 12 hours notice if you are working. Management is slack and has to be constantly nagged to even provide the bare minimum for the workers. Employee turn over rate is ridiculous and management doesn’t seem to care at all.
