Management kills your confidence. If you’re a fresher, you need an environment where you grow. But these people you destructive criticism which kills your confidence right at the start of your career. Killing career, and confidence together. Insensitive staff They don’t care if someone is going through a personal loss or problem even during a pandemic. Apparently their reports deadline is much more important than any loss you may have had. Client is king, and your employee? Your Slaves. No office politics? That’s true, office politics is too sophisticated for them, “gossips” suit them more. Stop it already, IIPL. Stop putting up a pretty picture on glassdoor when you’re living a toxic bubble. You’re do toxic, it’s reaching my home.
