Worst work culture one can ever expect, especially for the freshers. I left the company because I felt that how I was treated here had costed me my confidence. Same is the case with almost every other fresher who had joined with me. Another thing is the kind of work they do. It's majorly copy paste and paraphrase. You'll learn nothing new here. And in case if you stick with this company for long, might as well expect very less career opportunities in future. Micromanagement by the team leads. They will make your life HELL to an extent that you may even end up consulting a therapist. So BEWARE! At the end you will not even feel rewarded for the work you do. Overall I would never suggest someone to join IIP. I went through the trauma, this place killed my confidence, made me doubt my knowledge and skills. Please be very careful before choosing such a toxic workplace.
