      It is a wonderful place to work. People are very helpful and considering You are made responsible for your job Enough freedom is given to complete tasks assigned. Rewards and recognition are given for your achievements Good learning opportunities for the insurance industry

      There are not many cons only problem is this company sells insurance, which is not a good product mostly and company cannot pay a fat pay check

      Good leave system for employees

      Cons

      Upper management sucks, no action on any complaints, extremely low appraisal even during promotions, the window is between 7-8% which is an absolute shame. However extra work will be alloted to you immediately.
