Work environment is fast paced due to customer queries but it also helps in gaining experience and improving multitasking abilities.

As a support agent I am always ready to help our customers, working here as a support agent it is quite good.

There's some area where need to improve which can be given same respect and recognition to all employees which I am missing here.
