The other employees could have been more personable at times. I felt as though the scheduling and other processes during my time there were hard to follow. I was not the only one to struggle with the new programs that were expected to work and have exceptional results following. The documentation and materials for the learners I had could have been updated more often. With the materials being provided and the needed materials being communicated by others than myself, it could have provided a more productive and smooth transition throughout each day.
