Over the past few years, the company has continued to downsize to the point that remaining employees are overworked and overly stressed. With over seventy-five percent of the staff gone, the morale is the lowest it has ever been, and most people dread coming to work every day. Job security at this company is almost non-existent, and many hard working, dedicated employees are not appreciated for the work that they do. It has been labeled by many as a toxic, abusive work environment.
