Easy interview. interested in finding cheapest person to work. Nothing to be specific if you do not get motivation from them. There are no pros at all about this company and just a waste of time and absolutely no growth. Friendly team members.
Cons
Pathetic pre-sales. No assurance of new projects or technologies. Managers oriented company. Very poor salary package. There are no standard estimation rules for projects. Estimations all most are on tight side for many projects. All most requests/tasks are marked urgent to suck your blood. worked till late night for project delivery on multiple occasions. came on weekends. There is no work life balance. Infrastructure wise - the company has small premises with not many facilities. Lack of transparency to the HR policies. They have their own policies these are very crucial to follow. They are one sided player, they change their polices as per their convenience. They mostly recruit freshers since freshers have ability to take torture more than experienced candidates. A few rubbish policies keep coming and going every now and then. They only know how to exploit and harass their employees. Lack of management skills so think before joining Unethical, unprofessional and worst management ever.
