      Better pay than other retails 1h lunch and 20min paid break 25% staff discount on inditex brands

      Cons

      Depends on manager and team Holidays get booked weirdly. You can’t book only one day of the book, you have to book the whole week off

      Good salary for part time because of overtime

      Cons

      As a full time student, they did not respect my academic schedule, even though they wer telling me that they would. They would make me work overtime without asking me, negatively affecting my academic schedule. Also as promoted, even though I had requested a specific day off a month prior in the application, they "forgot" about it and almost lost my exam because they couldn't make last minute changed
