Pros
During this 2 years I personally experience how Indodana grow. From main business with P2P lending and pivot to PayLater during pandemic. The company start with a good P2P product and good number of borrower. However this number goes down quite significantly and definitely Indodana is impacted quite heavily. The company then focussing on PayLater as we see that the number of online transaction is still high and makes a strategic partnership with several other parties. By doing so, we are able to survive and grow more despite bad economic disaster. The good things are company still put great care on employee welfare. They put priority on our health while also strategize on online working situation. This is one of the moment where I feel that what I did is impactful and contribute to company situation. Experiencing this situation also makes me realize that we have a great family. Either it is our peer, our supervisor, and others employee from different division. Company also makes a good OKR where it is used to measure our performance which is very fair and our team and superior also helps for our personal growth. The result of OKR becomes our compensation and this compensation is fair based on how you performs.
