Poor employee relations. HR is pro-management. Doesnt know how to hear the concerns of employees. No training opportunities. Only selected top management gets to be certified and trained. Micromanagement at its best. very bad management. Office is also a so-so. Pantry is just like a place to eat. nothing else. even vendo machines are not available. and space is very limited.
