      Management is not quite good, they mess with the work done and ready to wait for bills from client. When a word comes about salaries, they pay less and it will be an wonder when the salary credited on 1st day of the month.

      good employees welfare and working atmosphere, good leader ship excellent benefits given to employees and internal training provide for employees develop their knowledge skills in advance style.

      Cons

      day to day provide group discussions and brain storming sessions arranged within employees , conduct leadership and management training programes etc. and giving promotions.
