Pros
I came in thinking I would mostly be supporting seniors on analysis, but the work became hands-on very quickly. The training helped, but honestly most of the learning happened on projects-figuring things out asking people around me making mistakes and correcting them. People are approachable, which makes a big difference when you are new
Cons
The pace can be a bit much in the beginning You have to be okay with asking questions and takeing feedback.
