      Pros

      If you want a life long black spot in your career, this is the place to work for.

      Cons

      Think thrice before you join. They bad mouth you long after you have left them, in case a prospective employer asks for your work history. This is true for there senior management. I wish I have never worked here and known these people.

      Pros

      learned a lot, but learned it all from people that are no longer there. It's a good industry to be in and you learn plenty from the people you sell to. IVP's product is great.

      Cons

      toxic and uninterested management (only on sales side, everyone else is actually amazing and so helpful) that teaches you nothing and creates unrealistic quotas, demands you meet them with no support, steals deals from your pipeline, etc
