The location is convenient; building is clean.

Terrible owners, one day they micro manage others they leave for lunch and never return. Bad benefits, high employee cost. They have no problem firing people to cut cost. Extremely high turnover. They will hire high then fire when they need money. Constantly on hold at vendors due to not paying. Under qualified staff, constantly adding workers from Mexico and replacing with US ones. Sales people are a joke and have no industry knowledge. They will under sell projects then it’s up to the Program Manger to make it come in with a profit which is nearly impossible. The owners will then give the PM a very hard time without holding the sales team accountable.
