Pros

They pay a fair wage Insurance is decent if you can afford it Hours are 8am to 4:30pm

Cons

It's really not a bad place to work as long as you dont mind leaving your cell phone in your car, working without breaks, being under constant pressure, and never missing a day of work. The insurance is very expensive. 90 days until benefits are available

Thank you for posting your review. We hear you loud and clear with insurance being too expensive. The company does take on a portion of the costs though. Insurance companies set their prices and we do try to research and find the best ones that will work with our staff each year. We feel your pain on this side. To address your issue about cell phones, yes, we do carry a no cell phone policy at work for a number of reasons. We want our employees engaged at work and not playing on their phones. Cell phones are a distraction at work or on the road, etc. We do have desk phones in place if someone needs to make a call or has an emergency, etc. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Pros

I came into this company with zero experience in the industrial field, and the only sales knowledge I had came from working in retail for many years. After just two months, I felt as if I was fully equipped to run my own territory, and they gave me that opportunity. Now, after working for the company for almost three years, we are given continuous training both on the spot and in structured meetings. The management really wants to see their employees succeed.

Cons

There are times when customers are in down situations and the pressure is extremely high. It's hard sometimes, to balance customers' urgent needs with the realities of working on a practical solution.
