Pros
When Infinite was in it's earlier days, it used to be a good company to do part-time, flexible contract work for, but now the cons outweigh the pros.
Cons
It is painfully obvious that Infinite has grown too fast, and will hire anybody - both for their HQ and their Massage team. Their team of therapists are tired, checked-out, burned-out, disinterested - very much just going through the motions. The same is true of quality of their administrative support. The staff is not thinking through their quotes or following through on details that affect their customers and therapists. Chris the owner, is a blustery, impatient bully and I can see why his fantastic, original concept has devolved into the current below standard operation.
