Pros
I have worked at Infiniti for over two years, and have really enjoyed my time here. The office culture is great- we take part in weekly yoga classes, and enjoy incredible Friday lunches together. We are encouraged to share our thoughts on how to improve the office environment. The flexibility in allowing staff to work from home (if needed) is so helpful! My colleagues are great- friendly and professional! The annual and bi-annual performance reviews are a great opportunity for us to know how our work is viewed by management, and it is great to receive (hopefully) positive feedback! Our contribution is acknowledged with performance bonuses and salary raises. Knowing that our efforts are valued and noticed, gives such an incentive to go the extra mile at work! The open communication at Infiniti, between employees of all levels (from Director to junior staff member) is something I value highly- and is not always present in large companies!

No major cons at all, I would love if as part of our annual performance reviews, we were given an extra day of annual leave, per year worked.
