Cheap meals by company. That's all.

Bias management and supervisor. Check which division first before you join. Some hods are very selfish. They so scared if their staff is better than them. So they don't guide you anything. If your hod like you then okay, if they don't like you, better you resign. Not many ppl are helpful. Mostly very selfish. Not all ppl get bonus.
