Pros

None. If possible, please do your homework with regards to reviews and what is actually going on with the company’s management and the quality of life on the road for the reps.

Cons

I was straight up lied to by the Sales trainers. DO NOT TRUST THEM. The company and COO seem okay. I was sent back home after training to further prep for pitching of the script. With further practice over the weekend, I got the script down and took it upon myself to check out a local Costco roadshow. On Sunday evening (the last day of the roadshow), I met the attending rep and assisted him with taking down the roadshow. It was a fair amount of work, but I was happy to help and to learn from him. I then went home to further prep with the script, anticipating to hear from the sales trainers to pitch to them, again. That never happened. The next day (Monday), I was given a cold email dismissal and left without employment. For a company that claims to ‘be there’ for their employees - including trainees - it was a terrible slap in the face. DO NOT leave your current position to take this job. If you choose to try it and go to Seabrook, New Hampshire for training, my best advice to you is to either take a leave of absence from your current employer or take a few days off to “try things out”. This terrible experience has forever left a mark - a bad impression - about this growing company. Don’t be mislead by the notion that they are invested in you. They are not. They are also not to be trusted. I seldom, if ever, write negative reviews about any past employers. I even worked for a now notorious solar company, but refused to speak negatively about them. I feel compelled to warn prospective employees of this company for fear they could be lied to and left without a job - as is the case with me. Please take what I have said seriously. I would not take the time to write this if it was not the truth. Peace.

Pros

If you enjoy constant travel, do not mind being away from home for extended periods, and are comfortable working very long hours, this company may appeal to you. Employees are often expected to spend up to half the year on the road, and the workload can be exhausting. While some people thrive in that environment, others may find the overall culture and work-life balance difficult to tolerate.

Cons

A ridiculous amount of money if you self-book, horrible hotel accommodations if you let them book for you, and then you can’t even get out of the rooms because they use third-party bookings. Unreal flight schedules, 11–12 day stretches with insane hours, relying on sales while not being paid nearly enough, physically exhausting work, disorganized databases, dysfunctional equipment, reps with zero accountability, and management that does little to proactively help the sales team succeed — even though without the salespeople, there is no revenue.
