Pros
Well paid, great benefits more than you could ask for, nice supervisor, great producers, working with a lot of the best people in the industry, regular catering, lots of events and gifts.
Cons
Onboarding might as well have been non-existent, supervisor had a halo-bias towards a coworker, very elitist culture, many condescending people, a pushy and mean gameplay director, regular layoffs, office looks ugly, disgusting coffee, very manipulative directors, had no plans to RTO when I joined then they tried to gaslight everyone into thinking they were always expected to RTO.
