Pros
Although the current solution is mildly dated, it is robust and shows well with end users. The working environment is good and frequented by friendly people. The services and support department is well run and the leadership is supportive. Executive leadership is firm but friendly and often nice to engage with.
Cons
There is a mixed-bag of expertise. Whereas there are individuals working in the 'right roles,' these are mainly within services and support. The sales management is devoid of strategy and true international experience, which does not bode well for overseas growth. The numbers compared to the ambition tells the story. The draconian feel stifles individual progress and is unsustainable in the long term, therefore a change in man-management style would serve the company better.
