I’ve had the pleasure of working at Infinityn for the past 9 months as a Senior GTM Consultant. What I value most is the culture of shared values, honesty from management, and open communication: everyone’s voice is heard, and every idea is listened to. The relationships between colleagues were the best thing about the company.

The company was in a scale-up phase, and there were times when employees didn't feel secure about their jobs, leading to constant fear. Rapid growth and frequent changes often resulted in uncertainty and anxiety among the staff. Despite the exciting potential for advancement and innovation, the lack of job security cast a shadow over the workplace. Regular communication from leadership and transparent decision-making could have alleviated some of these concerns, but such measures were sometimes lacking. As a result, the atmosphere was often tense, and employees struggled to balance their enthusiasm for the company's mission with their personal need for stability
