      Pros

      Management even upper level is amazing, the benefits are good, and the workplace is really cool. Everyone was super helpful when just starting and got me up to speed quickly.

      Cons

      Their training system is poor. I got up to speed quickly but their actual designed training is not good. they do a 30,60,90 review period and for my first thirty days I barely did anything. My first week I even just read a manual that was unintelligible to me. Most of my work days until I got busy were filled with nothing to do. Also starting out well below median salary and there isn't a lot of room for growth.

      Pros

      Exceptionally pleasant company to work for. Full of kind and generous people at all levels who will do triple backflips to help you out if you need it. Excellent perks and benefits. Every day is an exciting challenge. Facility is clean and well equipped. Interesting product line. Hip startup vibe. The factory floor is air conditioned. Yes, AIR CONDITIONED.

      Can be an extremely chaotic work pace at times.

      Pros

      The cultures second to none. Management is people-oriented, supportive and takes nobody for granted. Most responsive and appreciative employer I’ve had.

      Cons

      Honestly cannot think of any.
