There are no pros. There is no work/life balance, there is no accountability held at the leadership level, there is no organization across the board. The company loses clients one after another with no accountability at the highest level. You cannot provide your opinion or suggestions to make the organization more profitable, run more efficiently, and if you do, you will be persecuted.

Lack of leadership, accountability, ownership, organization, the list goes on. Absolute worst company I have ever been a part of. The majority of my colleagues all feel the exact same way but are too afraid to speak up due to others being let go for doing just that. It is very surprising the company is profitable at all.
