Pros

Imho, joining a company at the growth stage is the best scenario for any employee with a solid background and domain expertise who is also eager for the freedom to grow and take on more responsibility upon delivering good results. I found all this in the Influ2 marketing team, and I know this is a company-wide policy. Marketing, sales development, and sales are well-aligned, with everyone understanding the priorities. Plus, the people are friendly and supportive.

Cons

The environment is highly rewarding for those who thrive under pressure and enjoy taking on new challenges.

Pros

- Fast-paced environment where marketing really drives business outcomes. - You get ownership of projects and freedom to experiment with campaigns and ideas. - Collaborative team across the US, Ukraine, Europe, and beyond—lots of smart people who support each other. - Remote-first culture

Cons

- As with most startups, priorities can shift quickly, so adaptability is a must. - Processes are still maturing, which can feel unstructured at times if you’re used to corporate environments.
