Good elearning., can skill upgrade online and learn new skills. But after a while there is not much they offer.

Uncompetitive salary, Poor benefits, poor work culture. Honestly, all they gave after 2 years of hard work was just $500 bonus in Dec, its like a punch in the face and its terribly uncompetitive. I only appreciated the GP panel clinic which was covered that's all. Even if u have 1k for specialist, u need to get referral to claim and the claim process is a serious headache, almost not worth your time and the HR had one job, always messed up. U end up have to wait for prudential to respond what documents/ things not correct. Seriously GG. Fed up, upset and disappointed. Honestly, if u have no options just join this company, the pay and benefits sucks but they have good work experience with banks and airport. Gain them, boost your resume and move on. Work culture also sucks, u are mostly a contract staff in other companies even though u are full time from the company, and when u raise issues such as increased work load and expansion of job scope, the first thing the manager say is to swap u out. The manager does not really care about u honestly. He only cares about his KPI. He didn't even ask how I was doing or coping and treats u like an expendable resource. Seriously, just gain all the experience, boost your resume then find better jobs elsewhere. All the local boot campers from my batch left, including me. There is no incentive to stay. Push factors pushing u away more than pull factors from other companies.
