Pros
- Good pay scale as compared to other companies at Nagpur - Even if you are an average employee in other companies, you can be an excellent performer at this company based on your soft skills; technical skills doesn't matter, its completely based on soft skills and politics - If you treat your supervisor well, you have high chances of going abroad/onsite - You will get to learn a lot if you join as fresher, because employees with 1-4 years of experience are the workers here, everyone else is either lead or manager who just play with their soft skills
Cons
- Nightmare for highly skilled technical people, if they don't want to indulge in politics - If you are loyal to company and stay here for longer duration, your salary wouldn't increase in proportion - Mid management is of those people who are at company since 8+ years and do not want to come out of their comfort zone or lost their skills to switch the job - The process of increment and promotion is only based on your relation with your supervisor, not your skills - If you are one of those who do not participate in other activities like sports, HR competitions, dance, etc., then you will not make it in good list of your supervisors
