Pros

Salary on time. opportunity to attend client calls and meeting as a fresher.

Cons

There is no hierarchy in the organization, mostly freshers are there in the organization less number of senior employees that too without proper skills. You cant except help from seniors in the technical side. No Proper planning and vision when they kickoff a project they just code in the fly since there are no architects and managers to guide you. Less Salary and hike. High Work pressure. No Professional ethics they can call you at any time 24*7 and you need to available.

Pros

I thank a friend (unknown) who tried to indicate what happened to me at Infofaces, but he was not that accurate. See there is more to this company. I have been there for a year joined as a fresher and I was handed the role of Team Lead by my 7th month there. The CEO Mr.Kisore Kochi and the principal Mr. Ganesh Gopalakrishnan where instrumental to my career development. The pros I so far found on this company are 1. No delay or any sort of nonsense in your salaries. (That sounds good doesn't it?) 2. A great place to start your career since its a startup, will be exposed to all the latest technologies and even tricks and trades of the IT world. 3. Great Colleagues and a very friendly environment 4. Challenges everyday excite you (honestly I miss this the most). I have to say that my first company (infofaces) has inspired my career both in a positive and negative manner. If you are a fresher and want to face challenges be sure to get into this company but there are pitfalls just be careful ;)

Cons

Now here is the bad part. 1. No work-life balance as you have to become a workaholic even if its a Sunday. 2. Some misunderstandings and politics will prevail (It does everywhere right but here it is with the top management and the employee).
