Pros

I thank a friend (unknown) who tried to indicate what happened to me at Infofaces, but he was not that accurate. See there is more to this company. I have been there for a year joined as a fresher and I was handed the role of Team Lead by my 7th month there. The CEO Mr.Kisore Kochi and the principal Mr. Ganesh Gopalakrishnan where instrumental to my career development. The pros I so far found on this company are 1. No delay or any sort of nonsense in your salaries. (That sounds good doesn't it?) 2. A great place to start your career since its a startup, will be exposed to all the latest technologies and even tricks and trades of the IT world. 3. Great Colleagues and a very friendly environment 4. Challenges everyday excite you (honestly I miss this the most). I have to say that my first company (infofaces) has inspired my career both in a positive and negative manner. If you are a fresher and want to face challenges be sure to get into this company but there are pitfalls just be careful ;)

Cons

Now here is the bad part. 1. No work-life balance as you have to become a workaholic even if its a Sunday. 2. Some misunderstandings and politics will prevail (It does everywhere right but here it is with the top management and the employee).

Pros

As a fresher, we can groom a lot. Learned new technologies. Friendly colleagues.

Cons

Not a secure place to work so far. Most of the good reviews are created by management employees. They are giving false promises about increment to retain employees. No increment. We have to work like anything. Suppose if you are working in one technology today, then tomorrow you have to work in some other technologies like java, React and so on. There will be always unstable environment. High level people not able to manage all of the projects. so they will push all workload to freshers/junior developers. They even don't know sometimes what to do. They simply want o/p. They will do anything for that. These things should be managed by senior dev's. And more Important POINT is!!!.. non-experienced(fresher) people managing(this is just like task entry job) some projects who portray like manager and who even don't know anything about technical. These kind of crazy things can happened in this company only. High partiality. They are always missing some good resources due to nonrecognition.
