Pros
They are trying to change, to keep up; otherwise, there aren't many reasons to stick around, unless you can use the constant lack of strategy to your advantage to progress in the company as some have. You have to make your own way in the chaos. Brian has a good vision and is always willing to give things a try.
Cons
Salaries are low, compared to the area and especially the industry. No raises, no bonuses, no room for advancement for years now. People go unappreciated, and are always expected to give more. Management usually does not take blame for issues, often blaming employees when issues arise. Micromanagement is huge from management. The current directors are not cut out for the job and do not listen. Work life balance is discussed, but not always actually given due to workload. Things fall through the cracks due to lack of policy, process, and procedures. The co-founders together are often a hurdle to progress, but have luckily begun the process of stepping back.
