Pros
Generally good physical working environment, perks and salary.
Cons
Work life balance is non-existent. Alignment: Directors/ACEs not in sync with CE (who practically speaks a different language), making it hard to guess what the strategy and deliverables are. Situations where you have spent the 20th weekend in a row re-doing ppt to realise that yet again this is not what CE wants, not uncommon. No joke. Just demotivating and makes you question why you bother.
