      Pros

      Friendly bunch of people and nice to work with, very relaxed work environment. Supervisors are always willing to help. They also offer reward over achiever in the form of bonuses so it motivates one to work hard.

      Cons

      the company is quite disorganised. No real opportunity to progress within the company. The office itself is in a pretty bad way

      Friendly, understanding and helpful managers Regular, on time and fair payment Relaxed working atmosphere Flexible working time Nice location- Docklands, overlooking the river Opportunity to meet all sorts of people

      Nature of work - repetitive, having to sometimes deal with rude respondents, large volume of work Offices a bit on the shabby side (although they might have changed since 2011) No opportunities for progression
