Some employees have been very helpful, collaborative and friendly. Fridays WFH.
Cons
Unfriendly manager, headless chicken style, scatterbrain, poor coaching, strategy and leadership. Micromanagement to the max. Threatens employees with dictator leadership style. Small existing client base due to poor retention rates = very desperate to get new logos/business in order to achieve unattainable targets. Cheapskate and tight with budgets. No real training provided. Low pay.
