Pros
Besides good insurance benefits, not much. But all I can do is meet the twenty word minimum requirement as quickly as possible.
Cons
The employees deserve better treatment. Most are underpaid and overworked. 8am-10pm is not sufficient, especially when you regularly receive emails at night and the response is due first thing in the morning. Infor management treats employees poorly, with demeaning comments on conference calls, as well as in emails. If was hard to teIl that I was successful because of the condescending communications. And the all hands conference call by the President of sales - Stephan Scholl. He ripped the entire sales team for being, in is words, sub par and not working 40 hours per week. The foul language on this call prompted many to file complaints with HR. Infor has a very high turnover rate - mostly due to poor management, low pay, very little room for advancement, and a horrible company culture - the worst I have experienced in my career. Management would rather lose a good employee, rather than allow them to transfer to another group inside the company, which that employee feels is a better fit. I could go on, but enough for now.
