Business outlook
Pros
The ability to work from home is good. I also liked the idea that every employee was getting at least 20 days-off in a year regardless of their tenure with the company.
Cons
The pay is pretty low and the management is incompetent and all they do is take on more debt to buy a bunch of small companies with niche products. The company owes like $6 billion and it has no profits to show for it. Infor mostly hires inexperienced people right out of college and it gets away with paying so little. In result, the company's product line is weak and it is losing money year after year.
