Pros
- The people that work here. Having been at Informa Business Intelligence for over 10 years I have seen some people come and go. But the key thing is that type of people Informa employs has always made it a pleasure to come into work every day. - Products/Services. It is great to work in Sales for a company that has market leading products/services. Where things have fallen short at times there is the investment behind being a FTSE100 company that allows investment into the products to bring them back to a high standard. - Team/working culture. Obviously we are encouraged to work hard and have high standards but we also have a lot of team incentives /rewards. - If you want to, there is plenty of scope to move to other positions throughout the company. - Benefit package is good in line with most large companies.
Cons
- Like with any big company that is growing there is an increasing amount of red tape to make things happen and implement things. So an idea can take time to come to fruition. - Remuneration could be improved.
