Pros

- Colleagues on the floor were absolutely great, lot of respect for the guys. - They give you Clients and work to get you started

Cons

- Micro managed to hell and back, to the point where the MD is 'vetting' CVs when he has no technical or market knowledge. - Ridiculous working hours - No tools to do the job, just a phone and LinkedIn basic. - Cold calling all day every day, expecting to form strong relationships with people you're bombarding with calls and emails at work. - Obscene weekly KPIs, and the threat of getting fired if you don't meet them - Zero morale in the office due to the toxic atmosphere, Management constantly belittling you. - Blatant offshoring tactics; Hiring huge amounts of staff in Bulgaria to cover those that have been fired/quit in the UK - Utter disrespect for the sales team, treating them like gods when they meet one target and worthless pieces of shxt the next when they don't - MD is an arrogant joke of a person

Pros

I've been with the Company for over 3 years and have alwaysed loved it here, never had much to complain about and the team culture is awesome. About a year ago they opened an office in Sofia and we got to be heavily involved which was a great learning opportunity and good fun going there on business trips. Got to do some training with a few of the consultants as well which allowed me to grow and develop in my own role, got lots of support from management so learnt a lot, really enjoyed it. Working hours used to be 8:30 - 6:30 but was changed so now it's 5:30 finish instead and 4:30 on Fridays. Im going travelling for a year but hoping to come back after that, when I told them my travel plans we had very open and honest conversations about the future. best headhunting company to work for in my opinion. great environment and nice office, lots of support from managment and always different and interesting work. Lots of incentives and they are awesome, last year we went on an all-paid for trip to Ibiza (stayed at Ushuaia).

Cons

management is very strict when sending cv's to clients, everything has to go via one of the technical directors first. Also a few ppl were sacked last year when they started bulgaria, i didn't know if my role was safe or not
