      - Fair, tech-focused interview process - Relaxed environment where you can be yourself - Supportive management and peers that let you do your best work - Largely interesting and occasionally challenging projects for big clients - 2 days per week work from home

      Cons

      - Some collegues can be a bit too cynical about how things are done (even when there are good reasons)
