If you are coming as an experience resource from another company you will immediately feel the energy,dedication and team spirit that each and everyone exhibits. You will simply love the ease with which your requests are fulfilled if its a legitimate one. Growth for a fresher and even for an experience person is really great Its a company where your work speaks for itself and the work culture is productive and friendly. I can go on n on over the Pros since I have been associated with it for a long time.

Since its a growing startup you might end up spending more time working....but that gets recognized and compensated too in terms of various perks. If your motives are to ladder up by trying being over smart I am sorry you would terribly fail....because you need to be intelligent to work here and not a freak playing mind games.
