      Pros

      Salary is good. Paying on time. All direct clients. So no worry for layers.

      Cons

      Admin process or immigration process you have to follow up with them every day. Otherwise, it will delay like anything. Same for the joining date and other formalities. We have to followup with HR personals to get the details.
