      - Lack of (senior) managers with hands-on technical experience sometimes creates conflict and misunderstanding - Development projects can feel a little understaffed which can be stressful - Salaries are a bit below market

      Lots of great people and admirable goals to help the community

      Cons

      There were at least 3 other negative reviews recently that have disappeared for some reason, that were highlighting the ongoing difficult organisation restructure and some poor management. This should be visible.
