Very interesting projects, you know you can add value for all citizens benefit
Cons
At this moment, they is a big restructure taking place. And due to budget limitations, everything is becoming more and more vertical, people just looking at their own direction needs and not caring to do ithings 'by the rules' so that it benefit others or lasts better ... short view.
