      - awesome company - intelligent. talented, career driven co-workers - flexible schedule - great culture - awesome projects

      Cons

      They did a major budget cuts and laid off a bunch of people and with promises of career growth and saying that they're getting more projects etc etc. i know you can't predict the future but seriously come on! people who were hired within 2 months got let go and people who love their jobs and that are great at their jobs. I feel like companies really need to be more loyal to their employees. Please rethink before hiring and laying people off

      Pros

      When I went to the office for my interview, I could feel the positive energy from the second I walked in the door and during my tour of the office I witnessed hard work in such an awesome, comfortable environment. Each person who interviewed me made me feel like they were truly listening and interested in who I was and what I had to offer them, and vice versa. The overall enjoyable culture of iX made me want to be a part of their missions and values. I'm learning and growing so much every day and look forward to my future at iX.co.

      No cons whatsoever! I truly enjoy working for iX and building relationships with each person I work with.
