Worst company to join if you have any other offers in hand. - Software Engineer Infrrd Employee Review

Pros

There is no such perk to join this company apart of getting experience count.

Cons

Many senior members appear politically strong but lack technical depth. Decision-making often seems influenced more by internal alignment than by technical merit. As a fresher, even if you are meeting timelines and delivering work, being perceived as “too relaxed” can negatively impact evaluations. Performance feedback sometimes feels subjective, and there is a fear-driven culture around PIP discussions. TCS and Wipro have better compensation than them. The People/HR team appears understaffed and lacks visible engagement at multiple levels. Most decisions seem centralized among a very small group of leadership. The company’s decline, in my opinion, is less about the product and more about leadership and cultural challenges at the top

At Infrrd, we believe in transparency and consider feedback a gift — it helps us grow and improve. However, when feedback comes without specific details, it becomes difficult for us to truly understand and address the underlying issues. We take concerns around technical leadership and decision making seriously, and we are actively working to build a culture where merit drives every decision. We'd genuinely like to understand your experience better — we would request you to reach out to our HR team with all the details, and we are confident that together we'll be able to find a resolution.
