4yThanks for your feedback. From your feedback, it is apparent that you had a negative experience that made you despise everything about Infrrd. We apologize for this experience. From the day we started with a 5 member founding team to where we have reached today, it has only been possible because of amazing people that we have hired and amazing customers that they have been able to retain. As a company, we take employee's feedback very seriously. In every company wide feedback cycle that we run, as a founder, I go through each and every employee's response and take action where there is a growing concern across the board.
I will also admit that our current stage of growth is not for everyone. A startup's journey has been compared to jumping off the cliff and building a plan on the way down. A lot of people who are used to having every process defined, all rules settled do get frustrated in this stage. At this time, we are a good fit for people who can deal with ambiguity and uncertainty that comes with growth. Where everything is not set in stone and you need an entrepreneurial spirit across all levels. If you see our feedback from a few years ago, you will notice a consistent streak of positive mentions and feedback. We will get to that steady state again as the current growth phase settles down. But this phase has come because of years of hard work for put in by our team members. I will be letting them down by apologizing for the growth that their effort has brought us. - Amit Jnagal, CEO
